Security Patch KB835732

Live update has downloaded this patch four days and tried
everyday to install it. I finaly went to the Update site
and downloaded this patch. Each time I try to install it,
it fails. After four tries, I give up. Any help?

Have experienced the same thing. It is now blocking another MS software install. I think MS needs to respond to this problem!
