Security Patch for windows xp home

My service provider has informed me about a worm virus
going string and suggested that I download the security
patch for windows xp.
I scrolled down the list of 25 security patches on wour
site, and need help in selecting the right one.

Just go to Windows Update and install all the critical updates.
