I have a form created using the Tab Control button on the
form toolbar where one tab is Alarms and the other tab is
Citations. I want some users to only be able to work on
the Alarm Tab and the others to work on the Citations
Tab. They need to view the others Tab but only update on
the one they are assigned. Is this possible if I have the
form set up this way? This works for us because they need
to view each form to change theirs. Thanks,

I believe you would need to add code to see if they were members of a
particular group, and set the locked property for the tab and/or controls
based on that.

If you place a subform control on each tab, and move the other controls onto
the subform, you could give different groups of users different permissions
on the subforms.
