hello~

Can some one tell me how to avoid the documents
in my computer be copy by others?

Is it hard to do?Should I buy any secuity soft to protect
my documents?

pleace give me some good advices ,thank you~~~
 
Microsoft Access, the topic of this newsgroup, is a database application.
There are no "documents" in Access.

You might try posting to a newsgroup related to Windows and securing files
or maybe try the Word newsgroup.

One option that comes to mind is to add a password to the document (if you
are talking about MS Word). But, there are always ways for someone who is
up to no good to get around passwords. If you are trying to prevent typical
users from opening your documents tough, you might include a password when
you save them.

For more options, try a newsgroup more closely related to your topic.
