Security log on is full (xp pro)

I use xp pro,The message I get when users even power try
to lo on is
The security log on system is full
It seems like there should be a oatch to fix this.
I have an OEM version
So $100.00 US.
How do i get it fixed?

This is not an IE 6 issue.
but here's how to fix this.
There is no patch for this. It is not broken. Your system logs all security
related events for your system such as invalid log on attempts, restricted
file access attempts, system changes, etc...

Go to control panel - administrative tools - double click event viewer.
In event viewer, right click "security log" and select "clear all events"
You do not need to save the event log if you don't wish to. [when prompted]

That's it.
