[SECURITY] lock directory on fat32

I would like to control access on a directory using fat32 system files
(set access with user name)
Is there a way ?

Not without purchasing/installed some sort of 3rd-party
encryption/file security utility. FAT32 has so security capabilities
whatsoever.
