Security Issue

I've identified a critical security issue which I think Microsoft needs to
look at immediately.

I don't think I should disclose this issue on a public newsgroup so is there
an email I should contact or the like? Also, do I receive credit for locating
such a bug?

Microsoft usually gives acknowledgments in their security bulletins,
e.g. see "Acknowledgments" under the "General Information" section
here:
