Security Help

I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a good source
of information on Access Security. I am trying to set up my database so that
2 people will have the ability to change data and thats it. If somebody other
than those 2 individuals should open the database, they would have read only
access. I have tried the Wizard and I can't seem to get it to work the way I
would like.
