Security flaw.

When I go into ContentIE5 I get a message "This page has a potential
security flaw. Do you want to continue?"
This only started happening yesterday.
What should I do?

Thanks for that. But if I remove the update do I expose myself to some other
risk?
Currently I have 10 subfolders in Content IE5, 8 throw up the warning, 2 do
not....puzzling. I wonder if the warner is triggered by the type of files in
the folder/subfolders. The 2 exceptions contain 1) a single .jpg and 2) a
single .gif
