security flaw in outlook express?

A probable hacker emailed me a message, and I replied to the message.
When I replied, a image appeared in the middle of the message. (When
I received the message, I had all the security settings on, so that I
didn't see the image.). Does Outlook drop all security settings when
you reply to a message?

You need to post in an Outlook Express newsgroup. OE and Microsoft Outlook
are two different applications. OE is actually part of Internet Explorer.
