Security Event Log Meaning

I use DUMPEL to dump the security event log on my Win2k
server to a text file then imported to an XLS and I
understand most of the values but there is one that I
cannot figure it out which is %%4423. Anybody knows what
this value means ? This value comes after
(0x0,0x2BE69777).
