Security Code for Office Professional Setup

I purchased Office XP Proffesional with a new system, I
now have purchases a notebook, can I load this software on
this machine with the same Code Key or will I need to
purchase another copy? This is for home use only.
 
If you purchased an OEM version of Office XP with
a new computer, it cannot be installed on a different
computer. Only "Retail Versions" of Office XP permit
installation on two computers....a desktop and laptop.
