When I start or reboot my computer Security Center is turned off.

I enable it via Start-Run-services.misc,etc and it works while the computer
is turned on.

But, it becomes disabled as soon as I restart or reboot the System

How can I stop this so it turns on automatically.
 
Open "Services.msc" again, Double-click the Security Center service and
change the "Startup Type" to "Automatic" instead of "Manual".

Thank you for your response. That is exactly what I did. (Changed Startup
Type to Automatic), but it becomes disabled when I reboot or restart.

Are there any other steps I can take?
 
Recived the following error message:

Could not start Security Center on Local computer.

Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or
because it has no enabled devices associated with it"

What does this mean? How can it be fixed?
