Security Center of my xp turns off

How can i start my security center?, twice now its turned off by itself
without me actuarly doing anything....

What can i do any help please?
 
Hi smartgirl1,
I would like to know if you ever found out how to get the Security Center to
turn on. I just upgraded my Norton AntiVirus to 2006 & after that my
Security Center says it is turned off. I find no way to turn it on. I am
now without a firewall & updates. So if you have an answer I sure would be
happy to hear what I can do.

I updated my nav2002 to nav2006 and got the same problem
to solve it

control panel
performance and maintenance
administrative tools
double click services
scroll down to security center, right click and properties
change startup type to automatic

this worked for me
