Security Center not recognising antivirus/firewall programs

I recently installed Ashampoo antivrus but Security Center won't recognise it
(although it's supposed to be compatible). I've tried stopping the WMI &
Security Center services and emptying the system32\wbem\repository folder and
rebooting but SC continues not to recognise Ashampoo - and now doesn't
recognise the ZoneAlarm firewall, which was fine before! The repository files
are not being rebuilt on reboot.

Help, please, anyone?

The Security Center does not recognize all AV products or all firewalls.
Mine definitely do recognize ZA. As to what is wrong with you system, I
don't know.

In my system Zonealarm and Kaspersky AV is working fine, I think you should
as the vendor about this..
