Security Center icon/link help

The icons and links in Security Center for
Manage Security Settings for:
Internet Options, Automatic Update, and Widows Firewall
are missing. Need help in restoring them.
 
Im also having the same problems and windows support is rubbish did anyone
ever find how to get the options back?
