Security blocking Real Media Player Download - Santa

I am trying to monitor Santa's flight via the
noradsanta.org web sight.My kids are so excited to track
Santa's trek from country to country. In order to fully
view the Santa tracking functionality, I need to download
(Free) Real One Media Player. This is usually easy, but
I must have the Security - Internet Options too strict as
I keep getting a message that reads that the "current
security settings do not allow this download". I have
played a little with the settings, but still no luck.
Can you give me some advice on which specific settings
need to be changed.

I need to know when Santa gets close to Massachusetts, so
we can ensure that we put out Santa's milk & cookies, and
get the kids to bed before he arrives.
