security agents and system explorers

The Ryans

I get nothing listed under system explorers on the left hand side and I get
a summarry of what it supposed to do on the right.
I am tols three agents are running yet I cannot acces any of them other then
internet agens and that only shows the host file agent as in-active. Yet I'm
tols that 25 of 25 Internet agents are active.

Just hoping we can find out where the conflict is cause I tried uninstalling
reinstalling, then uninstalling ripping everything "ANTISPYWARE" out of the
registry and reinsstalling to a different spot and got the same thing. Both
with and without an antivirus program installed.

Anyone have any other Ideas -> oh yeah it also doesn't work in safe mode
same thing
