I set up securities through the wizard. Now the problem is I am the only one
who can access the DB from my PC. When the reps go to log in they go to the
front switchboard and no id password pop up and they can't access anything in
it. If i log in from my pc I can log in as them.
Any ideas?

This is Access Workgroup Security?

You set it up wrong, which is pretty easy to do. Hope you kept a backup
unsecured, you may need it!

If you haven't done so already download the Microsoft Access 2000 Security

Follow the instructions TO THE LETTER. Print it out, and use a highlighter if
need be. For one thing, you should have a custom Workgroup .mdw file that all
users can link to; if they're using their own builtin SYSTEM.MDW you'll get
this problem. But that's likely not the only problem!
