Hello!

We use our computer for audio and visual control in our organization. It
seems that people (usually people that know too much for their own good!) are
always changing display settings, sound settings, and what not - either by
accident or by expermenting. Can I lock down the system tray and control
panel so the settings stay the same all the time and allow only the system's
administrators to make changes?

Thank you!
Nathan
