I am having problems connecting to my secure Access DB
through Citrix. It seems as though the
Shortcut: "C:\Programs Files.. portion is causing the
problem. If I take the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\MSACCESS.EXE" out, it loads Access but does
not open the Dbase due to User Security. The reason it
does not open is that I have Users set to not open the
Dbase. I want to keep Users group to not open Dbase.
Has anyone else run into this? My goal is to open the
Dbase through Citrix and it prompt me to choose a user
name and password like it does at work. The Dbase works
fine outside Citrix.
Here is what the Target reads within the Shortcut.
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\MSACCESS.EXE" "J:\Data\PMT\ProjectDatabase\P
PITDBFILES\PPITDB.bak" /WRKGRP "J:\Data\PMT\ProjectDatabas
e\PPITDBFILES\Secured.mdw"
