Hi!
If you are using PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, you can put a password on the
presentation. However, if you do this, older versions of PowerPoint can not
read the file. If you have an older version, you will need to use an add-in

(To set the password in 2002 or 2003, use the security tab of
tools-->options or bring up the security options under the tools menu on the
save as window.)
