secure sites

I cannot access any of my secure sites i.e internet banking or trying to make any type of purchase online. I have checked my internet security settings and even tried restoring to default settings. The only changes I have made to my compter in the last few weeks was to start using microsoft outlook to check my E--Mails. Could this effect it.

Fantastic!!!
I was having the same problem and have tried to fix it for days. I went to
the link you provided and decided that my profile was corrupted. I deleted
my user profile and re-created it and now I can access SSL and Windows
Update pages.
