Hello,

We have recently upgraded our Exchange Server to 2000. I
am unable to connect via dialup thru my ISP to our Outlook
web access 2000. I have set it up on another machine and
it works fine with my credentials. I am running Win98se
with all updates in place. Browser is IE6w/sp1. I
receive "the page cannot be displayed". I have checked the
permissions at the server and I do have administrator
rights. I have checked the security levels for my browser
at home and have went over the advance settings. I have
cleared the temporary Internet folder after each change. I
have reset all changes to default (securities and advance)
settings at this point. I really do not want to reinstall
the OS any help would be greatly appreciated.

One troubleshooter that Sandi's page didn't seem to mention is

(There are some repair procedures in there near the bottom.)


Have you tried a different browser to isolate the problem
to IE6sp1 or not? (I'm not familiar with OWA2000 to know
whether that is possible or not. If not I suspect that an Outlook
or an Exchange newsgroup may have more in common with
your problem than this one.)
