I've been searching for a fix to this as well. I'm assuming that you
have checked your SSL and TSL options in advanced internet settings and
everything is normal? Have you been having activeX errors as well? I
believe these problems are related because they have to do with internet
security settings. To check if this is working, go to TOols-> windows
update and see if you get the page to load.

I finally gave up because of these problems and loaded Mozilla and
not had problems. However, I need explorer for a webpage and am back
trying to figure it out.

I'll get back to you if I find out anything helpful.

This link that you provided (below) did the trick. I had tried all the
other suggestions on it (as well as many others) EXCEPT for "Register
..Dll Files". It did the trick and also took care of my problems with
ActiveX controls.

I hope this clears up Bill and Dan's problems.

thanks again,
bdawg
