Secure Pages Do Not Open

Hi. Every time I need to access a secure page(email,
credit cards, banks, purchasing items), it won't open and
the "Error" note comes up. I have checked all the security
settings and looked online and nothing seems to be
working. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
