I'm trying to find the setting to set the secure logon that requires the
user to press CTRL-ALT-DEL in order to login. All documentation and
Microsoft's support website says to goto Start -> Control Panel -> User
accounts and select Advanced. However, I do not have the Advanced
tab/selection. No matter if I select Category or Classic view.

We have several XP machines doing this. Anyone have any suggestion?

Thanks,

Scott

Go to START, RUN, type in "control userpasswords2"
without the quotes, click on the ADVANCED tab.
Good Luck

Great! That works! Is there a way to get the advanced button back on the
User Accounts page without having to run "control userpasswords2"?

Go to start > run > type control userpasswords2 then
click on the advanced tab and down the bottom there shuld
be a secure logon box.
