Secure Internet sites blocked

Ever since I installed this program I cannot access many of my extranet
sites. It also seems to block the ability to change any Internet Security
settings. When I attempt to change these, I get an error and it pops it
back to where it was, which is Meduim. Any ideas on how to force it to allow
access to these types of sites?

Go to Real Time Protection > Internet Agents > Manage Internet Agent
Settings > under "Internet Agent Checkpoints" select the specific setting
that is being blocked then click "deactivate check point " at right hand
corener, also check to make sure you logged on as Administrator.
