Secure File Shredder not included why?

Why did microsoft remove the feature on giant software
Secure File Shredder features. I wanna be able to
completely delete files, so it cannot be retrieve by some
software recovery. this is a privacy issue too specially
when you need to get your computer fix by someone and you
leave your computer to them, u never know what there
doing to your computer.

Will Secure File Shredder feature be on the final version
of microsoft antispyware? please microsoft add this
features its deeply needed?

That does not work t well. Someone used that to remove
files, and I still was able to recover the files

If you want to securely delete your files then I
recommend Eraser, go to http://www.tolvanen.com/eraser/
