secure email - Alternatives to Hushmail

Anyone recommend any alternatives for secure email other than Hushmail?

If you just need to have a digital signature and encrypt email to others
that you have certs for then go to

to get yourself a free certificate. You can then use this certificate
with any MIME compliant mail client, Outlook Express, Netscape (Mozilla)
and Opera among others.

Never dealt with Hushmail - is that any different?
