I apologize in advance if this question has been asked & answered, could not
find it by searching on this forum.
Is there a way to implement "security w/o user-level security" ala Joan
Wild's solution PLUS have a general password on the database? I would like
the database password-protected as it will be on a server, but generally only
one person will use it and would prefer not to have to include a mdw security
file. I've tried putting a database password on the db and then implementing
user-level security, but I get a msg that the password must first be removed.
Is this even possible to do?
Thanks
