Sector Watch Graph - USA Today

Hello,

I've been asked to recreate, or make the equivilant of the 3 dimensional USA
Today Sector watch graph. (It looks tough see attached)
The chart shows different financial market sectors and plots the quarterly,
monthly and weekly change,
Green Poles are increasing, Red Poles are decreasing.

Any help greatly appreciated,

Thanks for the quick reply,

I wish I could post a link, but I can't find the graph on their website,
only in the USA Today newspaper.
I would post the image I have, but I don't have a website I could post it to
either.

I'll ask around if someone has a site I could post temporarily to.
