section width is greather than page width...

and there are no items in the additional space so some pages may be blank.

My right margin is at 6.5" and there is nothing beyond that. Why am I
getting this message now.

Check the report's Width property and make sure it is less
than the paper size minus both the left and right margins.

The white design space of the report represents the report's
width whether you have any controls in an area or not. Try
using the mouse to grab the right edge of the design space
and dragging way to the left. It will then snap back to the
right to the minimum width that contains all the controls.
