I wanted to know if I have a Secondary DNS server pulling records from the
primary DNS, can I have a 3rd DNS that pulls records from the Secondary DNS
(acting as another secondary/slave DNS).

Thanks in advance.

Yes it can. Jsut enable zone transfers in the secondary zone properties and
make it the master on the other zone secondary properties. You're actually
better off pulling zones from the Primary for upto date data.

If all these are DCs in the same Win2000 domain, you can make them AD
Integrated so you don't have to worry about zone transfers.
