secondary window size

When a secondary window or document is opened the screen is maxed beyond
closing. I can not pull bottom up to adjust. A newbie needing help.
 
Go to a higher screen resolution,
If you are running 800x600, go to 1224x768

Do this in the control panel, display, appearance.

If it is a resizable window, open it. Then right click the task bar and
select "cascade windows."
