I am plotting time v. Bearing +/-360 degrees on Primary
axis and -10 to +90 degrees on secondary axis on an XY
Scatter plot. (Excel 97 & 2000)

Despite the fact that the secondary has been defined with
a custom crossing point set to 0, the axis is plotted with
a crossing at approx 30 - 40 degrees.

Any ideas? Probably could just define the secondary as +/-
90 degrees to make it symetrical.

The Axis Crosses At value on the Secondary Y axis refers to the
Secondary X axis, if you have one. If not, it's meaningless. You just
have to manually adjust the scale to make it work.
