second video card

I'm trying to add a second video card to my system. I have one AGP card in
right now. If I add a PCI card and boot up the PCI card says it can't start.
If I pull the AGP card out and use just the PCI it works fine. Is there a
setting i'm missing why the PCI card can't start?
 
Check your BIOS to see if there's an option that lets you designate you are
booting off the AGP card (but still using the PCI card).
