I previously reported a problem with Outlook not doing
Auto Send/Receive. It also takes 10 to 15 seconds to
display new email in InBox after Send/Receive completes.
It was suggested to check settings for Auto Send/Receive
and also the size of my .pst file. I checked the
settings againa and they are correct. The .pst file is
379MB on a Windows 2K server on the network (been this
way for 4 years) and then my newsgroup entry was removed
from the listings. Please help.

Your PST is on a network drive? I assume you already know that's not
recommended.
Have you checked to make sure you've disabled Instant Messaging integration?

I did not know that putting the pst on a network drive
was not recommended. I would love to get rid of the
instant messaging, but I haven't found where to do it
yet. Please continue.

I checked out the Enable Instant Messaging at Tools >
Options > Other and it was already cleared. Any further
help with my problem would be appreciated.
