Second Hard Drive not showing in My Computer

My Second hard drive a Quantum Fireball 20GB is set as the
secondary Master and the bios recognizes it and when I use
the Hardware wizard it's there in the list and it shows in
Device Manager but not in My Computer! How can I get it
to display?

Has it been partitioned and formatted and assigned a drive letter? Go to
Disk Managment and take a look at what shows there.
