Second hard drive in Windows XP not recognized HELP!!!

and "lol" has meaning? Just tell me what I am doing wrong so I can fix
it, if you don't mind. Thanks for your time!
 
Are the drivers jumpered correctly, the first hard drive as a master and the
second as a slave?
