Second column

Hi

I have a report that lists files in box, some file contain more files than
will fit on one page on my report, how can i get it to continue into a second
column

i.e.

Box : 1 {report header}
----------------------------------------------------
File
1
2
3
4
5
6
------------------------------------------------------

Turns into

Box : 2 {report header}
-------------------------------------------------------
1 7
2 8
3 9
4
5
6

Open in design view. Click on menu File - Page Setup. Click on Columns and
select your number of columns.
