Searching With Address Bar Changed to http:fastsearch.cc

Anybody out there experiencing changes to the search at
the address bar feature? I am no longer getting MSN as
the default engine for the address bar. But instead a
fake fast search engine that is extremely primitive
http:fastsearch.cc Anybody know why has this happended
and how can I restore MSN as the default for the address
bar??
