Searching VBA Help

Hi All,

We have a user who searches for something in VBA Help (Office 2003 - both
Word and Excel) and gets the search results list. When she clicks on
something in the search results list to open the topic, the topic will not
open on some of the items in the list. When I duplicate her actions on my
computer, all topics open with no problem.

Any ideas what is causing her topics not to open from the results list?

Mary Sauer

Could be her temp cache is full. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.
