Searching Subform

I have a form and subform on the screen. Going to the subform and
clicking on the Last Name field and then clicking on the Binoculars
Icon I get the find window. Typing in a last name it says it cannot
find anything. Even typing in the letter 'a' and searching anywhere in
field it does not find anything. Access 2002 File is located on
server Win98

Any ideas

I have to ask the obvious question: Are you searching to match the "whole
field" or "Any part of field"?

Of course you have to ask the obvious.... I'm using 'Any part of field'
