Searching for a template to organize my real estate portfolio?

Searching for a multiple properties template to organize my portfolio. Could
you please offer any suggestions?
List for poperty names, tenants name, lease & rents due dates, security
deposits amounts. Thank you for your help, RS
 
With a question like this, a flat file is likely best unless you plan to hire someone. Try using excel, freeze the top pane and keep your field names visible.
