Searching for a Silent 3.0ghz + cpu cooler

As the topic says i am looking for a completely silent 3.0ghz + cpu cooler
if you know of any could you paste some links in the reply!

the cpu heatsink is fine but with 4 case fans like that
vantec (50+) dba it'll sound like a lawnmower.

Check out www.silentpcreiview.com if you want silent. Looking at the link in
your later post:

Do not use vantec stealths they are noisy, get panaflos L1A's or even 24v
M1A's

Go for a slk 9000 + panaflo for the cpu or a zalman cual 7000 cooler
