Searching BCM

I was wondering if anyone had a better way of getting to the search feature
of BCM?

Is there a (sidebar gadget) or a way to put the address book search in the
task bar so that I can search by BCM database for an Account/contact without
having to switch to Outlook and use the search at the top?

It would be more convenient.

I used to work with Windows Search 3.01 and after initial indexing task that
took all the night (I was home ...) it is nice to write the name and see the
contact instantaneously on the list, then click it. This is not perfect, but
works.
