Here is the situation, I have full access to another
users' entire mailbox (including owner rights). We are
both using Outlook 2003. I am wondering if there is a
way to search this users' contact list when I create a
new mail message.

Currently, if I go and create a new mail message and
click on the TO button, it will only bring up my own
contacts.

In order to use the delegates contact list, I have to go
directly to their contact list, right click on an entry
and create a new mail message. This can be time
consuming.

Is there a way to have their contact list show up in my
available address books?

thanks
Laura

I unfortunately do not get that option. The only way I see this users
address book is when I click on Contacts in the Navigation Pane. When I
right click on the address book in this area, I get the following: General,
Home Page, Administration, Forms and Permissions. I dont have the Outlook
Address book tab for this particular book

If I choose to look at my folder list, this persons address book does not
appear. It also does not appear if I create a new message and click on TO.

Still confused. :(

Get your IT support people (I hope that's not an oxymoron) to make the
folder show in your folder list - it's something they do in Exchange. Then
you can follow the instructions I gave before.
