Somehow my IE got updated with this Search200.exe which
puts search items on the header and footer page of my
ie. Does anyone now how to get it off my page?

"search200" is a member of the C2Media/Lop Parasite family.
SpyBot Search & Destroy generally removes this pest.
Get SpyBot here: http://www.safer-networking.org
Install SpyBot (immediately obtain the latest reference files) run a Spyware
scan - items highlighted in red *must* be removed immediately.
All others can be safely ingnored until you are more familiar with the program.
