Hi Mafiano,
To clear the autocomplete forms history in IE select Tools>Internet
Options - Content Tab. Select the Autocomplete button and then the
ClearForms button. This will clear all of your autocomplete entries for
places like search.yahoo.com
If you are using the Yahoo Toolbar, there is a Clear Recent Searches option
on the drop-down menu on the button to the left of the search textbox (with
a pencil icon).
There is some freeware products to clear your search history. Try searching
for "clear search history"
